Twelve albums in and Tindersticks hit something of a career high with their latest release, No Treasure But Hope.
It was an album that contained all the hallmarks of a Tindersticks classic, but given an extra urgency by a creative process that saw it recorded as-live in just five days in Paris.
Preceded by singles The Amputees and Pinky in the Daylight, No Treasure But Hope was described by The Guardian as 'All rather lovely and it yields its loveliness slowly, like a drip."
The band make a long-awaited return to Brighton Dome in Brighton on February 5, with tickets available here.
It's familiar territory for the band, who played the same venue for the release of their previous album The Waiting Room and have also performed their Claire Denis film scores on the Dome stage.
