Tom Jones announces concert at Dreamland as part of the Margate Summer Series this July

Tom Jones is returning to a Kent venue for the first time since the 1960s for a headline show this summer.

The Welsh singer will be performing at Dreamland in Margate on Friday, July 28.

Tickets go on sale on Friday, February 3 at 9am. Tickets can be booked online here.

The legendary singer will be celebrating a career spanning seven decades with his Ages and Stages tour, which will be visiting Margate and Brighton this summer.

His string of hits, which have seen the 82-year-old sell more than 100 million records worldwide, include the likes of It’s Not Unusual, Delilah, She’s a Lady and You Can Leave Your Hat On.

Tom Jones, who will be performing on Dreamland’s outdoor Scenic Stage, joins a number of top artists who are set to perform at the vintage funfair as part of the Margate Summer Series.

Will Young, Bastille, McFly, N-Dubz, The Human League, Primal Scream and Olly Murs have all been announced for this summer.

The Soundcrash Funk and Soul Weekender, a three-day festival celebrating the best of funk, soul and disco music, will also return to the venue in June.
