A dinosaur-themed children's adventure park is set to welcome its 50,000th visitor in less than four months.
Organisers of the three storey Dinotropolis at Bluewater shopping centre at Greenhithe expect to announce the landmark visitor number this week, after opening their doors to families in November.
The 50,000th visitor will receive a free midweek children's party worth £400.
The park features animatronic dinosaurs, a dino jungle and soft play. Children can become Dino Rangers in the Discovery Cove and search for fossils in the Dino Dig, as well as coming face to face with the animatronic beasts.
Following the success of the park's opening, organisers also opened a second soft play area for pre-school children at the weekend.
It opened opposite the Disney Store in the Rose Gallery, but it may be at different locations. Organisers have also taken on the running of the Kiddie Karts, which parents use to transport young children around the centre.
Tickets for Dinotropolis cost from £12 for an Explorer Pass that gives full access to Dino Jungle, Raptor Racing Run and the Discovery Cove. The Discovery Pass includes this and a Dino Escape challenge for £15 and an all-inclusive Ranger Pass costs £20.
Kiddie Karts cost £5 for two hours and can only be booked on arrival. Book tickets at dinotropolis.co.uk
The centre is also set to open a Primark store next month on the upper mall.
