Body found at Clowes Wood in Chestfield, near Whitstable

A man has been found dead in woodland.
Police officers were called to concern for a man in Clowes Wood in Chestfield at about 11pm yesterday.
Police were called to the scene
Patrols attended the area where the man in his 20s was found dead.
This follows a report that police had cordoned off Clowes Wood this morning.
Forensic vans were spotted and police blocked access to the site.
The cordon has now been lifted.
His death is not being treated as suspicious.
A report is being prepared for the coroner.
The man's next of kin have been informed.
