The former Archbishop's pupil was rushed to King's College Hospital in London, where she died 19 days later.
As well as Albie, she leaves a three-year-old daughter, Jasmine, partner Luke Ilott, parents Louis and Yvette and brothers Daniel and Elliot.
Her funeral will be held at St Alphege Church in Whitstable at 1.30pm, followed by a cremation at Barham.
