Firefighters faced hazards including falling debris as they battled a fire at a barn in Whitstable.
Crews were called to the derelict barn in Old Thanet Way, Chestfield, Whitstable, at around 10.40pm last night.
The 25m by 25m building was well alight by the time firefighters arrived.
Access was challenging and debris from a collapsing roof caused a hazard for crews as they used a hose reel jet to fight the fire.
