Whitstable Lifeboat and Herne Bay Coastguard called out in Seasalter to search for suicidal man.

Whitstable Lifeboat and the Herne Bay Coastguard team were called out in the early hours of this morning to search for a missing man, thought to be suicidal.
The boat was launched at around 2.50am to search for the man in Seasalter.
Lifeboat crews searched from Preston Parade towards the Sand End Buoy in the Swale and the Coastguard searched along the shore.
After nearly two hours, with nothing found, the search was terminated.
