Motorists are being warned to expect long delays following a crash along a busy main road.
Emergency services were called to the scene of the incident - which is said to have involved a motorbike - on the A299 Thanet Way near Whitstable just after 7.20am.
The London-bound carriageway has since been sealed off by police close to the Yorkletts turn-off.
A spokesman for Kent County Council said: "There is very slow traffic on the approach from the junction with Clapham Hill.
"Expect long delays."
Police have since revealed there were two crashes along the stretch in little more than an hour.
