Whitstable: Man allegedly assaulted during incident involving teenagers in Church Street

A man in his 40s reportedly suffered a black eye and bruising after being punched during a disturbance in Whitstable.
The incident took place between 8.30pm and 9.30pm on Saturday, June 18 outside in Church Street.
The victim claims he was trying to intervene in a disturbance involving a group of teenagers.
Officers are appealing for witnesses to contact them on 01843 222289 quoting reference ZY/20270/16.
