Teenagers robbed by gang in West Beach promenade in Whitstable

A group of youngsters were threatened by a gang before their bags were stolen in a terrifying seafront robbery.
Three teenagers were approached by others on the West Beach promenade near Marine Gap, Whitstable.
Police were called to the mugging at about 5.10pm on Saturday.
Four people were arrested on suspicion of robbery following a search of the area.
Two 16-year-old boys from Canterbury, a 16-year-old boy from Dover and a 19-year-old man from Stevenage, Hertfordshire, were released on bail pending further inquiries.
