Rescue mission after man falls into River Stour, near Millers Arms pub in Canterbury

Emergency crews rescued a man from a river after he fell into the water near a pub.
Police, fire and ambulance teams helped pull him from the Stour in Canterbury, where it runs alongside Mill Lane.
They were called out to the scene, near to the Millers Arms pub, at about 6.40pm yesterday evening.
The man received medical attention before being taken to hospital.
