Woman's body found in woodland near Canterbury

A woman's body has been found in a woodland.
Police officers made the tragic discovery near Canterbury following a search.
Emergency services were called to the woodland, near Bigbury Road in Chartham Hatch, just after 7am on Monday morning.
Police officers were joined by paramedics and forensic officers at the scene, where the woman was declared dead at the scene.
A police spokesman said that the death was not being treated as suspicious, and that next of kin had been informed.
A report will now be prepared for the coroner.
