Kent Police inspector and Gillingham FC safety officer Malcolm Rous dies

A former Kent police inspector has died at the age of 75.
Malcolm Rous served in the constabulary for 30 years, rising up through the ranks.
A childhood Gills fan, he took up the post of club safety officer at Priestfield Stadium on his retirement.
He leaves wife Patricia, whom he lived with in Wigmore, and also son Simon and daughter Becky. He had four grandchildren.
Mr Rous passed away on Thursday, January 23.
His funeral is being held on Wednesday, February 19, at 11.15am, at The Garden of England Crematorium, Bobbing.
