More than 400 cannabis plants were seized after police raided a warehouse in Rushenden this morning.
A team of 12 officers stormed the unit at Thorndale Business park, Argent Road, just after 7am.
Inside they found 403 mature cannabis plants, which if harvested, could yield an estimated street value of up to £50,000.
Police raided a similar cultivation at the same address 18 months ago.
An investigation has been launched but no arrests have been made so far.
