There are just a few hours left to have your say on the name of the new town square at the centre of the Spirit of Sittingbourne regeneration.
Five shortlisted names include Bourne Place, Cockleshell Place, Edward Lloyd Square, Pankhurst Plaza and Watling Square.
People are being urged to vote for their favourite before the poll closes at midnight tonight, so far more than 1,000 votes have been placed.
The space will link the new eight-screen cinema and six new restaurants to the train station.
It is hoped it will attract up to 400,000 visitors to the town every year.
Cllr Cameron Beart deputy cabinet member for regeneration at Swale council, said: "We received hundreds of thoughtful ideas for names from the local community, which shows a real enthusiasm for the development.
"These have been narrowed down to this shortlist by a panel that includes young people, local business representatives and local heritage groups.
"I hope people see this as a way that they can help shape the future of their town, and take the chance to vote for their favourite."
The polls close at midnight, with the final name set to be announced at a council meeting on Wednesday. Vote at tinyurl.com/SittingbourneSquare
