Margate train station reopens after police enforce closure

A violent incident near to Margate train station has resulted in one arrest and two people sustaining injuries.
Police closed the station this evening as a result of the incident - forcing disruption to services.
It was not expected to not reopen until tomorrow, but Southeastern has confirmed the station is now back operating following an hour-long closure.
Trains were still running but were not stopping at Margate between 7.30pm and 8.3opm.
However, the line is now back to normal.
British Transport Police tweeted to say they dealt with a "violent incident".
