Missing man from Blackburn Andrew Richards believed to have connection to Tunbridge Wells

Officers from Blackburn Police think a missing person from their area could be in Kent.
Andrew Richards was last seen around 8am yesterday in New Wellington Gardens, Blackburn.
Police believe the 33-year-old has connections to Tunbridge Wells.
He is described as being white, 6ft 3in, of stocky build with short dark hair.
He was wearing a light grey shirt, dark grey trousers, and brown shoes.
Mr Richards has a number of tattoos, including a panther on one arm and a cross on the other.
PC Amy Ward, of Blackburn Police, said: “We are appealing for information leading to Andrew’s whereabouts.
“We are growing increasingly concerned following his disappearance and would ask anyone who can assist with our enquiries to contact police immediately.
“Likewise, if Andrew sees this appeal, I would urge him to contact us as soon as possible.”
Anyone with information can contact police on 101 quoting log reference 1345 of November 2.
